There are many great residential subdivisions in town, offering safety and a real sense of community. Family is important in Carstairs. Check out the many programs we offer young families. Our recreation facilities include soccer fields, tennis courts, arena and curling rink, as well as a splash park now in the planning stages. The campground is simply beautiful, and features a replica grain elevator with many historical items on exhibit.

Cybersafe
Host: Community Resource Centre
Description: CyberSafe covers the topic of Internet safety through interactive, non-threatening and entertaining lessons. This engaging program focuses on teaching kids how to recognize warning signs, safe and unsafe situations, and gives them the skills they need to make safe choices. This is not a technical or software computer course. 2 hours. Includes CyberSafe Student Handbook. Designed for ages 8 to 11. $25. Program delivered by Kidproof Safety. Register early. We must have a minimum of six children to run the course.

Drop-In Basketball
